Position: People & Culture Partner (HR Business Partner)

Reports To: Senior Director of Human Resources (People & Culture)

FLSA Status: Exempt
Compensation: $80,000 -$95,000 Annually, Plus Bonus Potential!

This role acts as a strategic partner and cultural ambassador, enabling the business to scale and thrive through its people.
