• Deliver comprehensive workforce planning activities to maximize capability and resource while identifying areas for increased engagement and efficiencies
• Ensure full succession planning is undertaken, capturing high performance and high potential individuals across all business levels with active development plans
• Support the annual pay and bonus cycle, including objective and PDP setting process with year-round review and management
• Drive the annual employee survey completion, results cascade, and action planning
• Partner with General Managers on business matters requiring HR solutions, providing medium and long-term strategic support
• Support behavioral and cultural change initiatives to maximize people capability and increase employee engagement
• Utilize company analytics to drive performance and provide key information to senior stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with BU HR Business Partners and ER team to deliver effective HR solutions for business challenges
