We are looking for a colleague for the HR team of the Minsk office to support the execution of HR activities and initiatives. Work mode: hybrid office work mode (3 days from the office) Responsibilities Strategic HR Partner: Work closely with leaders in all levels to design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational success. Serve as a trusted advisor to managers offering expert guidance, coaching, and support. Manager Support and Development: Partner with managers to strengthen their leadership skills, support team development, and provide practical advice on day-to-day management challenges. Employee Relations: Manage employee-related matters throughout the entire employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding. Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee-related matters, providing guidance and support as needed. Enhancing Employee Experience: Lead initiatives that foster employee engagement and wellbeing. Plan and execute creative programs such as onboarding experiences, team-building events, celebrations, and volunteer activities that reflect Viber’s values and culture. Collaboration and Partnership: Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, working closely with internal HR teams and cross-functional partners. Collaborate with teams such as Talent Acquisition, Finance, Office Manager and People Analytics, as well as global HRBPs, to deliver impactful people initiatives. Requirements 4+ years of hands-on experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a global high-tech or tech-driven organization. Experience supporting tech teams is a strong advantage. Strong consultation and coaching skills, with the ability to influence and challenge managers and leaders while building trust and credibility. A proactive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to quickly adapt, learn, and execute in a short timeframe. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. High proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a global environment. Experience working as part of an HR team, collaborating closely with other HR functions. A passion for employee experience, with a creative mindset and the ability to design and execute innovative initiatives that enhance engagement and culture. Advantages null Skills null
