We’re looking for an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to support our Product & Operations unit. This role combines strategic business partnering with a strong emphasis on people and organizational development, working closely with leaders and teams to drive growth, engagement, and long-term capabilities.
You’ll be working together closely with our Product & Operations leadership team, acting as a trusted advisor while also playing a key role in developing people practices that support team and business success.
You will be collaborating with the People, Culture and Sustainability team, Managers and employees across the organisation on company-wide programs.

Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with leaders in Product, Engineering, and Operations to align HR strategies with business goals
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and take lead in some talent management initiatives
  • Lead and contribute to company wide strategic HR development (HRD) initiatives such as learning & development, leadership growth, and career pathing
  • Guide and coach managers on team development, performance management, and engagement
  • Conduct and analyze engagement survey data and feedback to identify trends and areas for action
  • Drive and support change management in times of organizational evolution
  • Contribute to diversity, equity & inclusion efforts and culture-building initiatives
  • Lead and arrange the onboarding and offboarding of the employees
  • Collaborate on company-wide programs such as onboarding, performance management, and succession planning
