The Role As an HR Business Partner, you will partner with leaders to support the full employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to performance management and offboarding. You will combine hands-on HR execution with strategic thinking, enabling high performance and continuously improving people processes in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with Hiring Managers to define roles, competencies and hiring strategy; Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units; Drive an excellent candidate experience, leveraging data and automation tools; Coordinate all HR onboarding steps in collaboration with managers and other stakeholders; Actively support and guide performance evaluation cycles; Coach managers on setting objectives, feedback and fair performance assessments; Support complex people cases with professionalism, discretion and business awareness; Manage offboarding processes, ensuring compliance, knowledge transfer and high-quality exit insights; Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of HR processes.
