Job Title HRBP – Fortive Bangalore Office Location Bangalore, India (hybrid) Role Summary We are seeking an experienced HRBP to support our growing Engineering and Customer operations teams with aggressive hiring goals in Bangalore. This role will execute core HR responsibilities across the employee lifecycle and partner closely with managers, HRBPs, and employees to promote a positive, compliant, and high‑performing workplace.    The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience with India labor laws, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.   Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition * Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring needs  * Partner closely with the HRBPs to provide visibility into hiring progress, challenges, and risks, ensuring the business and executive leaders remain informed.  * Coordinate onsite hiring events including panel scheduling, information sessions, and additional event logistics. * In partnership with the TA COE, track hiring metrics, fall out rate, and TA dashboards.  * Help improve and scale hiring processes to support rapid organizational growth. * Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures and direct them to the correct resources or COE for support. * Address basic employee relations concerns and escalate complex cases as needed. * Assist in performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and documentation. * Support in coordiniation onsite learning, development programs, and capability-building workshops. * Partner with managers and HRBPs on HR best practices and people-related issues. * Support the implementation and communication of new HR policies and guidelines. * Assist in updating HR policies in line with local laws and company requirements. * Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems. * Act as an administrator for new hire processes and programs. * Foster a strong sense of belonging and connection to Fortive values while enabling employees to feel connected both to ServiceChannel and Fortive. * Actively sense colleague sentiment and team dynamics to identify engagement opportunities, areas of misalignment, or emerging people risks, and partner with HRBPs and leaders to address them early. * Support manager enablement at the site level (in partnership with HRBPs) by reinforcing consistent people practices, leadership expectations, and engagement behaviors across ServiceChannel. * Coordinate cultural events, team-building activities, and site programs that bring teams together.   Employee Relations   Performance & Talent Support   Policy & Process Administration   Colleague Engagement & Culture    New Hire Onboarding Experience * Partner with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, and site leaders to deliver consistent, high-quality, onsite onboarding experience for employees joining the Bangalore site. * Coordinate local onboarding touchpoints, site orientations, team onsite and offsite experiences that complement global and OpCo onboarding programs. * Identify onboarding gaps, inconsistencies, or risks (e.g., delayed integration, lack of connection) and drive continuous improvement in partnership with HR and business stakeholders.   Qualifications & Experience Required  * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in a multinational, matrixed, or multientity environment.‑entity environment. * Strong experience in employee engagement, onboarding, or site HR roles. * Demonstrated ability to work across multiple stakeholders and influence without direct authority. * Demonstrated ability to problem solve and lead in ambiguous situations * Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills. * Passion for building culture, community, and great colleague experiences. * MBA / Master’s in Human Resources * Experience working in HR in India labor market; exposure to global or regional HR models preferred. * Experience working within broader APAC region and with night/alternative shifts preferred.
