Your Role at VTMarkets We are seeking a dynamic and culturally aware HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our operations across APAC. This role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders across multiple countries, ensuring HR practices align with regional needs and local labor laws. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Malaysia labor law, a deep understanding of local cultures, and the ability to work across diverse geographies and teams. * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification or Master’s degree is a plus). * 4 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or regional HR role. *  Prior experience in a multi-country regional HR role is preferred. *  Fluent in English; Mandarin is a strong plus. *  Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and levels. * Act as the primary HR partner for business units across the global, providing guidance and solutions aligned with company goals. * Provide expert support on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and talent management. * Collaborate with local HR teams and COEs (Centers of Excellence) to deliver regional HR initiatives and support global programs. * Support recruitment efforts and workforce planning to meet business demands globally. * Build strong relationships with local leadership teams to understand business challenges and identify HR solutions. * Use data and HR analytics to identify trends and support business decision-making. * Champion a culturally inclusive workplace that aligns with both local expectations and global standards. * Lead or participate in HR projects such as change management, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives. * Provide coaching and guidance to managers on people-related matters.
