The HR Business Partner position serves as a link between the HR department and management. The focus is on providing confidential advice on all HR-related matters and actively contributing to HR strategy topics, including organizational development and change management.

  • Your tasksComprehensive HR support: Trustworthy advice and support for managers in all HR-related, strategic issues.
  • Strategic personnel planning & controlling: Responsibility for personnel requirements planning, resource analysis and maintenance of the staffing plan (including LOGA reconciliation) in close coordination with personnel controlling as well as support of the annual budget discussions with management.
  • Employment law & collective bargaining: Legal assessment and implementation of individual personnel measures (including hiring, fixed-term contracts, dismissal) as well as review, evaluation and classification of initial and higher pay grades.
  • Contract management: Negotiation of employment conditions, legally compliant preparation and safeguarding of contract documents (employment, cooperation and further training contracts) as well as constructive cooperation with the employee representatives.
  • Management of HR processes: Management of the entire HR lifecycle from recruitment and the implementation of structured onboarding processes, the support of students and scholarship holders, to conducting qualified exit interviews.
  • Your profilePersonality: You are responsible, empathetic, and approach others openly and respectfully. Furthermore, you have a confident manner and possess strong social and communication skills.
  • Professional background: You have a completed degree (e.g., in business administration, law, economic psychology, or social sciences) with a focus on personnel/labor law or a comparable completed training.
  • HR Expertise & Employment Law: Sound, generalist knowledge across the entire HR lifecycle (recruiting, support, payroll management and employees covered by collective agreements/non-collective agreements) as well as in-depth knowledge of employment and social security law.
  • Professional experience & system knowledge: Ideally, you have already gained experience in human resources in the healthcare industry and are proficient in using Microsoft 365/Office and common HR information systems.
  • Teamwork skills: You value collaboration with colleagues and are a reliable team player.
