WHAT’S NEEDED?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has significant experience in a HR advisory or business partnering role
• Holds a CIPD qualification
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
• Is confident in managing change and navigating complex HR issues
• Is committed to public service values and promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion
