HR BUSINESS PARTNER – WEIPA

We are seeking a strategic and influential Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Aluminum, Pacific Operations business in Weipa, a region of Far North Queensland. This is an incredible opportunity to play an integral part of the Weipa community, aligning our business strategies, objectives, and future HR strategy.
As a key member of the Pacific Operations human resources leadership team, you will lead and influence across a broad range of HR disciplines, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.

Reporting to the GM Human Resources you will:

  • Partner with senior leaders to align business and people strategies
  • Lead talent initiatives including attraction, sourcing, and retention
  • Navigate and resolve complex operational issues and future programs
  • Influence key stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Drive and support change and expansion for future growth
