As HR Business Partner you are responsible for the entire HR spectrum, from inflow to outflow, from policy to practice. You ensure that everything is correct from a legal, organizational and emotional point of view. You are a sparring partner for management and team leads, but also a visible point of contact on the shop floor and in our stores.

Your tasks include:

• Coordinating recruitment, selection and onboarding of new colleagues;
• Supervise absenteeism, performance and development;
• Ensuring careful offboarding and counseling upon exit;
• Coaching team leads in leadership, communication and conflict skills;
• Optimizing HR processes and personnel administration and thinking along at the policy level;
• Monitor and reinforce our culture, values and practices;
• Regular presence in our stores to keep in touch with the practice.
