QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications1. 5+ years of experience in corporate management consulting or in-house HR roles, with in-depth hands-on experience in 1–2 HR functions such as HRBP, performance management, training, employee relations, or corporate culture;2. A certain level of understanding of internet-based businesses; strong curiosity and willingness to learn. Capable of cross-cultural communication and collaboration, and able to use collaboration tools to tackle cross-regional organizational diagnosis, adjustment, and improvement tasks;3. Strong hands-on ability, capable of closely linking HR work with business needs and contributing to business success.Preferred Qualifications1. Bachelor’s degree or above;2. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to facilitate effective communication with Mandarin-speaking employees and stakeholders, including those based in Mainland China, but it is not mandatory.
