We are delivering a major organisation‑wide transformation and are looking for an experienced HR Change Lead to help shape and embed our new Platform Model. You will work closely with senior leaders, programme teams and subject matter experts, bringing pace and clarity to a complex change environment. This is a role for someone who combines strategic thinking with practical delivery, someone who can build trust quickly and knows when to accelerate progress and when to bring people together to create alignment. You will be central to ensuring that colleagues understand the change, feel supported and stay engaged throughout the journey. What you’ll be doing: Partnering with HR Directors, programme leaders and experts to shape organisation design aligned to the Platform Model principles Creating clear, people focused change plans that support timely and high-quality programme delivery Working with transformation workstreams to understand and embed people and culture impacts across all stages of the programme Building strong relationships early, then increasing pace and challenge when the transformation requires it Producing clear and compelling communications, reports and business cases for senior audiences and consultation groups Navigating a fast-moving environment, adapting confidently to changing priorities across multiple workstreams Supporting communication and engagement plans that help colleagues understand what the change means for them Ensuring organisational design decisions reflect fair customer treatment and strong customer outcomes Qualifications Who we’re looking for: Strong experience delivering organisation wide change with a focus on people impacts and organisation design Ability to balance pace with emotional intelligence, including tailoring your approach and bringing people with you during complex change Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and building trusted relationships across diverse teams Skilled at simplifying complex information and presenting clear recommendations that support decision making Comfortable working in a high pace environment with the agility to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience producing high quality reports and business cases Highly organised and proactive with strong planning and analytical capability Someone who brings curiosity, resilience and the ability to build trust quickly when joining a transformation that is already underway Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
