Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to HR managers, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS (Human Resource Information System) entry • Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, tracking candidate status in HRIS, and sending follow-up communications. • Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for employees and job applicants, addressing inquiries and providing information about HR policies and procedures • Onboarding New Employees: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed. • Employee Engagement Initiatives: Help organize employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, recognition programs, and surveys to gauge employee satisfaction. • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by keeping up to date with changes in legislation and assisting in audits. • Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback and insights that can help improve the workplace environment. • HR Projects: Participate in special HR projects, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee wellness programs, or system upgrades. • Probation Management: Ensure OJT and probation evaluation reports are completed on time • Documentation: Coordinate with the Personnel Department for contracts and iqama transfers & renewal.
