Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible to handle full spectrum of monthly payroll and statutory processing including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB, while maintaining meticulous records to ensure full compliance.
  • Assist in HR related correspondences including show cause letter, warning letter etc
  • Ensure payroll report are accurate and submit to Management in a timely manner
  • To maintain and update worker’s contract, leave record and medical utilization record
  • Ensuring compliance by following company policies and procedures
  • Other adhoc duties within your scope that assigned by your immediate superior

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Human Resources Management: 1 year (Preferred)
