Description

Community Bus Service is hiring an HR Clerk to assist the Human Resources Department with many clerical duties.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collect, verify, and organize required employee documentation from 10+ facility locations in accordance with company and regulatory standards
· Ensure all employee files contain 16 mandatory documents, validating completeness and compliance with internal policies
· Accurately scan and upload documents into an electronic filing cabinet {FileBound}, maintaining organized and secure digital records
· Regularly audit files to ensure ongoing compliance, completeness, and proper retention of all required materials
· Track missing or outdated documentation and follow up with facility managers or employees to obtain necessary items
· Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive employee information throughout the file management process
· Assist with document retention practices, ensuring files are archived or disposed of according to retention schedules and legal requirements
· Collaborate with HR leadership to support audits, reporting, and other compliance-related activities
· Support other general HR functions, including administrative tasks, data entry, and employee file maintenance as needed
Requirements:
· Associate degree in HR, Business Administration or related field or 2 years relevant work experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, well organized and detail oriented
· Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept directions on given assignments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,412.59 - $48,668.93 per year
