About the Role: The HR CO-OP / Intern will be working hand in hand with the Head of HR for a Summer, working on the implementation of a new HRIS, as well as creating a Performance Appraisal cycle, followed by Merit allocation process.   Minimum Qualifications: * Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program such as Human Resources or a related field. * Basic understanding of Total Rewards within the HR functions.  * Basic technology knowledge, understanding HR back office of Compensation processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis. * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: * Bilingual English / Spanish is preferred. * Previous internship or co-op experience in the Total Rewards field. * Familiarity with HRIS usage. * Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.   ACERO is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer. Responsibilities
