COOP Training Opportunity – HR Trainee (Retail) We are seeking a proactive HR COOP Trainee to join our HR team, supporting day-to-day HR operations across stores and head office. Key Responsibilities: Assist with employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. Support recruitment activities for store and corporate roles. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for retail staff. Assist with training schedules and attendance tracking. Support HR reporting and administrative tasks. Training Duration: As per university COOP program Bachelor’s degree student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Eligible for COOP training as per university requirements. Good command of English (written and spoken). Good communication and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel). Interest in HR operations within a retail environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR practices within a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
