WAREHOUSE SAFETY & COMPLIANCE:

  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols.
  • Monitor and enforce fire exit procedures and ensure clear access to emergency exits at all times.
  • Coordinate safety training sessions and conduct safety drills.
  • Maintain safety documentation and report incidents as per company policy.
  • Fire Exit & Emergency Preparedness:
  • Regularly inspect fire exits, extinguishers, and emergency equipment.
  • Ensure all employees are familiar with emergency evacuation procedures.
  • Collaborate with safety officers to uphold fire exit compliance regulations.
  • Payroll Administration:
  • Process payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring correct wage calculations, deductions, and benefits.
  • Address payroll-related employee inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding:
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation, training schedules, and orientation.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding procedures.
  • Employee Relations & Support:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and engagement.
  • Record Keeping & Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, OSHA regulations, and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in HR, safety management, or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and fire safety regulations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and MS Office Suite.
