WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Toyota’s HR Communications Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated HR Communications Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to write, edit and deliver HR communications, aligning with the HR Communications strategy and business partners to meet various internal communications needs.
Reporting to the HR Communications Manager, the person in this role will support HR and business partners as we work to develop and deliver clear, comprehensive, and effective communications in support of internal HR programs and initiatives.
This position is based in Buffalo, West Virginia. The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location.

Responsibilities
  • Creating memorable & compelling communications material to be distributed across TMMWV’s internal channels, which include an employee communications app, daily newsletter, digital signage (TriplePlay), leadership key messages, presentations, and more.
  • Leveraging the most appropriate internal communication tools that can create the best possible user experience.
  • Partnering with local TMMWV stakeholders (including HR and Manufacturing) to develop and disseminate local and regional internal communications.
  • Collaborating closely with the Manufacturing Regional Communications Manager, the regional communications team, and other key stakeholders on intent, approach, and delivery of communications.
  • Helping to manage and maintain the internal Communications calendar, and partner with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Helping to promote a culture of excellence by ensuring stakeholders adhere to standards and processes, and that timeliness and quality are applied to all communications.
