Based in our Geneva Head Office, and part of our Central Europe team (Switzerland, Hungary, Romania and Czech Republic) you will be joining our Human Resources Department to assist our HR Operations Manager Germany & Central Europe.
Missions
In this role you will support the team on various tasks such as:

Personnel Administration & Management

  • Support the management of the administrative life cycle and requests of employees.
  • Daily HR administration tasks and HR databases checks.
  • Coordinate HR data with internal teams and stores on a regular basis (Collecting data for payroll, first connections for the platforms payslips, diff communications, staff sales).

Payroll

  • Support to the complete HR payroll operations each month through external payroll provider.
  • Support to manage the accuracy of all contributions related to the social insurances, taxes and pension fund schemes.
  • Assist with the monthly follow-up and analysis of benefits.
  • Support the preparation and regular follow up on accruals and end-year closing activities.
  • Analyze accounting files to ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual salary increase and bonus calculations.

Budget & Reporting

  • Support the preparation of dashboards (payroll fluctuation, headcounts, turnover, absence).
  • Prepare monthly and annual statistical reports.
  • Support the preparation of the annual budget.

Profil
For this role we are looking for a candidate with:

Working Experience & Education Requirements

  • Educated to bachelor’s or a master’s degree level in HR or equivalent.
  • Previous payroll work experience (internship) in a HR or Accounting role ideally.

Competency Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Comfortable with data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Highly customer oriented.
  • Strong professionalism towards confidential information.
  • Flexible and curious.

Languages

  • English and French speaker is a must, German will be appreciated.

Technical skills

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
