Description
Apply an in-depth technical expertise in Deferred Compensation principles, practices and procedures. Manage and support the deferred compensation application by addressing system issues, data quality and integrations with other applications. Manage system user acceptance testing to ensure expected outcomes with functionality. Work closely with business partners and technology to develop, design and implement new solutions or changes to existing applications. Support project management activities including timelines, deliverables and stakeholder communications. Ensure all processes are completed with accuracy and within required timeframes. 5-10 years of experience in Compensation or Deferred Compensation. Experience with JIRA, SQL, Workday, Service NOW and reporting tools preferred. Experience with managing global applications with complex requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel. Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Developed diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
