(DHi) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Compliance Coordinator to ensure company policies and practices adhere to federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as government contracting requirements. The ideal candidate will maintain compliance records, assist with audits, and support HR operations while ensuring high standards of integrity and confidentiality. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information in a fast-paced, government contracting environment. Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance & Policy Administration Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Assist in updating and implementing HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and organized compliance records. Support HR audits and prepare required documentation. Employee & HR Support Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies and compliance-related questions. Assist HR leadership with employee relations documentation and compliance tracking. Support affirmative action and EEO reporting requirements. Reporting & Systems Maintain compliance-related data in HRIS and other internal systems. Generate compliance reports for HR and leadership review. Assist in workforce data analysis related to compliance metrics. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with HR, payroll, and operations teams to ensure policies are applied consistently. Support internal initiatives to strengthen HR compliance practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of HR, compliance, or related experience. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Preferred Qualifications HR compliance certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent). Experience in government contracting or defense-related programs. Knowledge of multi-state HR operations and federal contractor reporting.
