Responsibilities
  • Conducting internal audits – Oversee Right to Work checks, DBS processes, and ensure full compliance with GDPR and employment law across the park.
  • Driving process excellence – Review and improve people processes from recruitment to onboarding and payroll, ensuring they are smooth, efficient, and compliant.
  • Turning data into action – Analyse people data and time & attendance records to spot trends, mitigate risks, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Empowering others – Guide, coach, and influence leaders to embed compliant practices and ensure all mandatory training is up to date.
  • Leading positive change – Own, update, and communicate compliance processes, driving improvements that support our teams and business.
