JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive - Compliance (MOH & DHA Licenses) to join our team, with a primary focus on ensuring the smooth management and compliance of MOH (Ministry of Health) and DHA (Dubai Health Authority) licenses. This position requires an individual with strong knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, and HR practices, particularly in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all healthcare staff members are compliant with the required licensing and regulatory standards to operate legally and smoothly in the UAE.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in HR, compliance, or a similar role within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, MOH and DHA licensing requirements, and healthcare regulations.
  • Familiarity with visa processes, work permits, and professional licensing in the UAE.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both internal staff and external government bodies.
  • Experience in working with healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, allied health professionals).
  • High level of organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification is a plus).
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare-related HR role.
  • Familiarity with additional licensing authorities and regulations within the UAE healthcare system.
  • Experience working with HR software systems and databases.

    Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per mont

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the application, renewal, and maintenance of MOH and DHA licenses for healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with all UAE labor laws, healthcare regulations, and licensing requirements.
  • Coordinate with local government authorities (MOH, DHA, and other relevant entities) to ensure accurate and timely processing of licensing and documentation.
  • Track and manage the expiration dates of all professional licenses and assist in the timely renewal of licenses.
  • Manage and update internal records of licensed healthcare staff, ensuring all compliance paperwork is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Act as the point of contact for employees regarding licensing queries, visa, and work permits.
  • Assist in handling any legal or regulatory inquiries related to the healthcare sector.
  • Ensure all healthcare professionals meet the necessary qualifications for licensing with MOH/DHA.
  • Provide regular reports on compliance-related matters to senior management.
  • Stay updated on changes in local laws, healthcare regulations, and licensing requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.
