SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of Irish employment law and HR compliance and risk assessment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience in HR compliance, employee relations, or legal aspects of HR is desirable.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct compliance audits of HR policies, contracts, and documentation.
  • Perform risk assessments on workforce management, employee relations, and recruitment practices.
  • Draft reports on compliance risks and recommend remedial actions.
  • Track changes in employment legislation and assess their impact on company policies.
  • Provide training and guidance to management on compliance and risk areas.
  • Liaise with auditors, regulators, and external agencies when required.
  • Maintain records in line with GDPR and data protection laws.
