HR Compliance Officer Shercock, Co. Cavan Full-time (Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm) Join Our Team at Manor Farm We’re looking for a detail-driven HR Compliance Officer to play a key role in ensuring our organisation meets the highest standards of employment law, regulatory compliance, and HR best practice. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of HR compliance across areas such as work permits, working time legislation, and people data governance—helping to keep the business audit-ready, risk-aware, and fully compliant. What You’ll Be Doing Ownership of work permit and immigration compliance across the organisation Manage permit applications, renewals, tracking and documentation Ensure robust right-to-work processes with zero compliance gaps Monitor compliance with the Organisation of Working Time Act (hours, breaks, rest periods, etc.) Support GDPR and people data governance across HR Maintain audit-ready records and support internal/external audits Oversee compliance across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding) Identify risks and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and controls What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years’ experience in HR operations or compliance Strong experience with Irish work permits / immigration processes Solid understanding of Irish employment legislation (especially working time) Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Confident communicator with the ability to challenge and influence Proactive, solutions-focused mindset Desirable: Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or regulated environments CIPD qualification (or working towards Why Join Us?
