• Audit I-9’s for 800 U.S. based employees
• E-Verify
• Track, movie and run term reports for compliance
• Utilize Bamboo, Sharepoint and Exel (not required but need HRIS system exp)
• Review and audit I-9 forms for accuracy and compliance with federal regulations.
• Ensure all employee documentation is complete and meets legal requirements.
• Work with HR to resolve potential discrepancies in I-9 forms.
• Maintain organized records and track audit progress.
• Assist in correcting any missing or incomplete information.
• Communicate with employees to request missing or updated documentation as needed.
• Assist in ensuring the company remains compliant with immigration and labor laws

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have experience with completing i9 forms on behalf of an employer with an understanding of i9 legal compliance regulations.
  Comfortable searching electronic employee record databases and paper files.
  Job Type: Contract
  Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
