Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this role is to provide support for employment compliance and regulations (federal, state, local) through the HR case system and review of related data. This includes execution, problem resolution and escalation support. Responds to moderately complex employee inquiries regarding HR compliance issues. Additionally, this role will be responsible for executing and monitoring audits programs to ensure HR compliance. As such, this role must exercise a significant amount of discretion in handling and dealing with sensitive and confidential matters as well as data related to Lowe’s and its current and former associates. This role will partner with CoEs, leaders, HR business partners, etc. to resolve escalated issues, requests or concerns.
