PURPOSE
The HR Compliance Specialist supports the company’s compliance programs by administering policies, systems, and training that ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations under the guidance of the Sr. HR Compliance Specialist. This role maintains critical compliance records and reporting, assists with audits, and provides guidance on programs such as E-Verify, DOT & Drug and Alcohol, OFCCP/EEO, and MVR monitoring.
