Description
Provide efficient service to employees and other partners via case, phone and chat interactions with the highest level of customer experience focus Identify opportunities to serve employees beyond initial requests to ensure all possible current and future needs are met Schedule work, monitor deadlines and taking actions if needed Use judgement and initiative to address and/or escalate requests in a timely manner Educate employees on how to efficiently utilize self-service tools through direct access channels Ensure and improve service delivery documentation (process maps, training materials, etc.) Assist in process improvement efforts to increase efficiency and employee satisfaction Participate in projects, as needed Report preparation, support resolution of complex cases 1-2 years of relevant experience Working knowledge of HR business processes Experience in identifying process improvements and supporting associated implementation efforts Proven analytical skills and attention to detail required Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience Then apply to discover the true extent of your capabilities.
