For instance: Coverage varies by country. 2-5 years of relevant experience Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Workday and ServiceNow Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication. Self-motivated and detail oriented. Able to work independently. Desire & ability to work with global, regional & local team. Proven organization and time management skills Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills. Provide recommendations for and monitor to completion of HR and HR Connect process and policy improvements using operational metrics, survey results, and other key performance indicators. Create and facilitate employee development actions such as New Hire Training and ad hoc training sessions to increase performance. Complete quality reviews for inquiry cases. Identify trends and solutions to achieve quality goals. Coach agents to improve performance. Provide insights and observations into scheduled and ad hoc workforce reports. Create and deliver presentations to HR Connect Leadership Provides expert problem management support to difficult or complex issues and ensures root-cause analysis is conducted with any learning applied for future benefit. Maintain regional HR Connect procedures. Ensure procedures are updated timely as needed.
Responsibilities
