Responsibilities

THE ROLE

The purpose of the HR Consultant role is to deliver commercially astute HR solutions to clients on site and remotely. You will manage and implement people processes across all aspects of people management, providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning, ensuring HR practices are compliant, effective, and aligned with business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (YOUR DUTIES):

  • Manage and deliver comprehensive people processes across all aspects of people management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Provide commercially astute HR advice and guidance, ensuring clients’ HR practices are legally compliant and aligned with their strategic business objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and frameworks tailored to client needs.
  • Support workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management initiatives.
  • Lead and advise on disciplinary, grievance, and employee relations matters, including conducting investigations where required.
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance workforce performance and organisational effectiveness.
  • Deliver HR solutions both on site and remotely, adapting to client culture and operational context.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high standards of service delivery.
