An amazing new opportunity has just landed at Juice HQ for an experienced HR Consultant to join a flexible, people-focussed HR Agency.
The main focus on this role is to take ownership of a number of clients in which you provide the full range of HR services.
This will include account managing and upselling to the client as well as providing an empathetic approach, and often acting as a sounding board.

The Role:

• Handling a range of HR projects and issues (employee relations, resourcing, organisational development, training, pay and benefits, performance management, people management, business change.
• Respond to emails / telephone queries in a timely manner
• Attending client sites as and when required
• Working with various HR systems in line with client need for example Bright HR, Breathe HR
• Take full ownership of the clients assigned to you
• Develop relationships
• Keep track of all client time, recording and billing effectively
• Assisting with Business Development
• Sharing knowledge and experience within the team
