Your tasks as an HR Consultant (m/f/d)

  • Customer support for existing customers and active acquisition of new customers
  • Independent selection, hiring, deployment and support of employees
  • Monitoring the validity and completeness of working papers and relevant documents
  • Maintenance and updating of the required data in the industry program
  • Management and administration of personnel files as well as organization of vacation planning
  • Efficient and effective deployment management of inter-company employees

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial or technical training, a completed degree or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in human resources, recruiting, sales, personnel services or a service-oriented environment
  • Proficient use of common MS Office applications
  • A strong service mentality, a high level of commitment, and teamwork skills.
