Making A Difference Foundation (MADF) is looking for a passionate and skilled HR Consultant to enhance our Human Resources capabilities and support our organization's mission. This role is integral to ensuring that our workplace remains a positive and productive environment where all employees feel valued and empowered. The HR Consultant will be responsible for implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's goals, advising on best practices for talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management, as well as fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect. You will work closely with various departments to address HR challenges and provide tailored solutions that will contribute to the overall success of MADF. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR consulting or a similar HR role In-depth understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate effectively to employees at all levels Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to manage multiple tasks Knowledge of labor laws and regulations Capacity to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Relevant professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are highly desirable consultant
