KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Leadership & Team Management * Manage, mentor, and develop a team of HR consultants * Set performance goals and monitor team productivity * Provide coaching on complex HR cases and client engagements 2. HR Consulting & Advisory * Advise clients or senior management on HR strategies, policies, and best practices * Lead projects related to organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning * Support change management initiatives and transformation programs 3. Client & Stakeholder Management * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders * Understand client needs and tailor HR solutions accordingly * Present insights, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership 4. Project & Program Management * Oversee multiple HR projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery * Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines * Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies 5. Policy Development & Compliance * Develop and review HR policies and procedures * Ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements * Stay updated on employment legislation and industry trends 6. Data & Reporting * Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, performance) * Provide data-driven insights to improve organizational effectiveness -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field * 7–10+ years of HR experience, including consulting or advisory roles * 3–5+ years in a leadership or managerial position * Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws * Experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholders -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES * Leadership and people management * Strategic thinking and problem-solving * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Client relationship management * Change management expertise * Analytical and decision-making skills -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Master’s degree (MBA or HR-related field) * HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) * Experience in consulting firms or multinational environments -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WORK ENVIRONMENT * Typically office-based with possible travel (for client-facing roles) * May work in consulting firms, large corporations, or HR advisory services
