QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on policy development
  • Strong knowledge of Ontario Employment Standards Act (ESA) and HR best practices
  • Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in creating practical, user-friendly policy documents
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
