JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a knowledgeable and personable HR Consultant to join our passionate team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources and be adept at providing general HR advice and strategic guidance on HR policies, processes, and systems. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple client tasks and needs at the same time.

SKILLS

  • Proficient in Human Resources principles and practices with a solid understanding of employment law.
  • Experience with ATS platforms.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems such as People HR and Workday.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction at all levels.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage own workload.
  • Strong organisational skills with the capability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
    Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
    Expected hours: 24 – 35 per week

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Develop excellent working relationships with clients across a variety of sectors.
  • Assist in the management and implementation of our chosen HR system for clients.
  • Design and implement HR strategies for clients such as recruitment, internal communication, wellbeing, training and development strategies.
  • Provide advise and support on all HR processes.
  • Conduct regular HR audits.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management for clients, regarding HR-related inquiries or concerns.
  • Assist in the development of performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
