This position provides comprehensive human resource guidance, training, and problem resolution to employees on the St. Petersburg campus. Serving as a consultant, the primary responsibility involves managing employment data operations with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. In addition to data operations, the role supports various aspects of Human Resources, including payroll and HRIS administration, compensation and classification, and participation in key HR projects. The position acts as a campus resource for HR initiatives, policies & procedures, and legal compliance, ensuring that all practices align with organizational standards and regulations. Attention to detail, a commitment to confidentiality, and the ability to deliver exceptional service are essential qualities for success in this role.
