We have a HR Consulting Manager opening, with preference for it to be based in Sydney. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and fostering a dynamic work environment. You'll lead the resolution of complex employee relations issues, provide expert consulting services, and drive capability-building initiatives. Your insights will influence key HR programs and processes, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Responsibilities You will provide expert consulting to employees and managers in one or more HR program focus areas, as well as use knowledge to influence the direction of HR work. You’ll also lead data analytics by creating analysis plans, and recommend action plans based on analysis. You will conduct one-on-one coaching with business leaders, as well as engage stakeholders and partners in capability-building conversations. You’ll also lead capability-building programs, and identify training needs. You will partner with Centers of Excellence to implement scalable HR programs. You’ll also lead the design and implementation of local HR projects, as well as guide others in implementing messages from the Center of Excellence. You will advocate Microsoft values and compliance with HR policies for a business or region, drive a scalable approach for enhancing compliance, and lead policy and procedure updates. You’ll also oversee CRM and queue management system queries. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in Human Resources with a strong track record of leading HR initiatives, HR consulting, HR processes or other related area. OR Master’s Degree AND 3+ years experience in Human Resources with a strong track record of leading HR initiatives, HR consulting, HR processes or other related area. OR equivalent experience. Prior exposure and deep understanding of HR practices, employment law, local regulations across ANZ and/or other ASEAN markets. Preferred Qualifications Strong collaboration, consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Analytical and skilled in problem-solving, ability to use data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
