• Reporting and analyzes related to the activities of the HR departments budgeting and reporting activities:
• HR budget and monthly headcount reporting
• HR labour cost budgeting and re-estimation activities
• Reporting HR KPI’s and Social sustainability
• Monitor and analyze labor costs
• Provide support to the HR organization
• Other administrative task
