Description The HR Coordinator is responsible for many on-site needs of the employees and management, primarily falling in the areas of General Administration, Payroll, On-boarding/Off-boarding, Benefits, and Safety. This role is 100% on site and located in our Allen location. What You’ll Do Payroll & Systems Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll Manage HRIS data Support payroll updates and compliance requirements Employee Experience, Learning, & People & Culture Programs Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives Manage employee product benefit programs Maintain and update HR policies and handbook Serve as a go-to resource for employee questions Compliance, HRIS & Data Management Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws Partner with IT on employee access and systems Monitor and research HR regulatory updates Onboarding & Offboarding Manage end-to-end onboarding processes Facilitate new hire orientation and documentation (I-9s, tax forms, etc.) Coordinate background checks Conduct exit interviews and track insights Ensure compliance with multi-state final pay requirements Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Support Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling when needed Track requisitions and support hiring reporting Requirements What We’re Looking For 2–3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Generalist role 2 years of experience with multi-state payroll processing is a must Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations HRIS experience (Paylocity strongly preferred) Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
