Responsibilities

Our Human Resources team is on the lookout for a passionate HR Coordinator to support our Queensland HR Operations. This hands-on role will see you providing people support to our HR Business Partners and to our staff. There are a host of responsibilities which make the position both interesting and rewarding, including manager support, employee relations, on-boarding, and employee wellbeing. You’ll also have the opportunity to support Human Resource strategies and assist with projects that keep Stantec’s workforce engaged and motivated.
As an effective relationship builder, you will have the ability and confidence to engage with managers and employees to help them to achieve business outcomes. Strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, energy and resourcefulness are qualities that are keenly sought. We need someone who can work autonomously, develop and maintain relationships while working collaboratively within a dynamic and collaborative HR team.
