REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 (minimum) - 4 years of HR experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee HR-related questions and support.
  • Support recruitment activities by managing job postings, scheduling interviews, and facilitating candidate communication.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to deliver a smooth and positive new hire experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within personnel files and HR systems.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, updates, and employee inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations by supporting audits, reporting, and documentation (EEO, I-9, etc.).
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement policies, procedures, and process enhancements
