This Position reports to:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BBA – major in HR or BA in Labor Relations or Industrial Psychology.
  • Knowledge of applicable labor laws in PR
  • 3 years of experience in HR & Labor Relations
  • Fully bilingual a must (Spanish/English)
  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
  • Experience in Payroll and Benefits
Responsibilities
  • [Executes and delivers HR services in compliance with agreed business processes, KPIs and quality targets in a timely, accurate and customer focused manner, showing an end-to-end responsibility.
  • Provides on-demand reports related to business processes where required.
  • Accountable for the end-to-end operations, delivering high-quality results delivering globally agreed performance standards.
  • Acts as point of contact for inquiries regarding HR related topics and delivers support across one or several service line(s).
  • Supports cross-collaboration within HR Services operations and other HR functions to optimize processes and tools and therewith promote synergies.
  • Identifies deficiencies of existing business processes and proactively recommends enhancements and/or simplification based on day-to-day experience.
  • Leads certain process improvement activities and participates in various quality control and audit activities.
  • Takes responsibility for the correct handling of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and escalations and therewith related process improvements.
