Job Description Starting October 2025, you’ll play a support role in Recruitment, Training, and Engagement for a diverse team of 300. From assisting with onboarding to performance reviews, you’ll contribute to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Assist with frontline recruitment by coordinating requisitions and ensuring documentation (e.g contracts) is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Prepare and distribute employee documentation with accuracy and efficiency. Support employee development by prompting and tracking performance reviews, training attendance and coordinating exit interviews. Ensure individual team member files are maintained and regularly updated, tracking data for accuracy and reporting purposes via HRIS system. Assist in implementing communication initiatives to promote culture and engagement across the resort and wider community. Support HR initiatives that contribute to employee retention, development, and engagement. Track compliance records & renewals. Assist in delivering a smooth onboarding experience that supports employee retention. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts (penalty rates apply). The role offers flexible working hours and is based on-site at the resort. Commencement from October 2025. Qualifications HR qualifications and 12–18 months experience in a similar role, ideally within a hospitality environment Sound knowledge of HR processes, including familiarity with industrial relations (IR) legislation Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office suite Service-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in a dynamic environment Skilled at navigating complex stakeholder relationships and environments Confident and articulate communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and networking skills Effective time management with the ability to multitask and prioritize Strong personal integrity and professionalism Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the team Additional Information We offer fantastic employee benefits, including some amazing and generous Ambassador Discounts across all of our Accor brands worldwide!
