Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

Working closely with and supporting two experienced HR Advisors, you’ll be the first point of contact for injury management enquiries—playing a key role in providing a smooth, supportive experience for employees navigating illness, injury, or wellbeing matters. You’ll gain valuable, hands-on exposure to HR challenges by assisting in a broad range of employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, EBA interpretation and negotiations, and policy support.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you’ll also contribute to various projects across the People & Culture team, including wellbeing initiatives. Your coordination and organisational skills will help ensure staff events and team activities run smoothly, fostering a positive and engaged workplace culture.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO PRESENT, OR BE WILLING TO OBTAIN:

  • NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance
  • NDIS Workers Orientation Module (certificate of completion)
  • Working with Children Check (Victorian, Employee)
  • Victorian Driver’s License
  • Tertiary degree in Human Resource Management or similar
