JOB SUMMARY:

Arise Counseling Services is seeking an HR Coordinator to support our team of 70+ employees. In this role, you’ll assist with recruiting and onboarding, maintain employee records and compliance tracking, support payroll and benefits administration, and help foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about employee support. This is a hands-on role working closely with the HR Manager and leadership team to ensure smooth HR operations and a great employee experience.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for new hires
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and personnel files
  • Support payroll & benefits administration: new hire enrollments, life event changes, open enrollment, and employee questions, employee time
  • Run and maintain HR reports on headcount, turnover, and other trends
  • Track compliance items
  • Support employee engagement and communication efforts
  • Assist with policy updates, documentation, and HR projects
