We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our HR Team. In this role, you will support day-to-day HR and administrative operations, assist with employee lifecycle processes, and help coordinate team activities and events. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the HR field. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable balancing multiple tasks. What you’ll do: Administrative & Executive Support Manage calendars and coordinate meetings across time zones. Coordinate travel plans: flights, hotels, transport and expenses Support with administrative tasks such as expense reporting, invoicing, and vendor coordination Serve as a communication link between managers, employees, and external partners. HR & Recruitment Support Oversee interview scheduling and maintain smooth candidate communication employee engagement initiatives Support and contribute to HR and employee engagement initiatives. 1–2 years of experience in an HR coordination, administration, or similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail. Service-oriented with a can-do positive attitude, welcoming, considerate, resourceful & tech-savvy Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or a related field – advantage.
